My name is Xin Lucy Liu (刘欣) and I am currently a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Management Division at Columbia Business School. My area of focus is Organizational Behavior, and I am particularly interested in topics such as morality, culture, and diversity. My research has been published in top-tier journals, including Journal of Personality and Social Psychology (JPSP) and Organization Behavior and Human Decision Process (OBHDP).
