Welcome to Lucy’s website! I am a Lecturer/Assistant Professor at University College London (UCL) School of Management.
My area of focus is Organizational Behavior, and I am particularly interested in Culture and Diversity, AI Coach Agent, and Moral Decision Making. My research has been published in outlets like Management Science, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology , Organization Behavior and Human Decision Process, Journal of Business Ethics, and Empirical Methods in Natural Language Processing (EMNLP), etc.
I graduated from Columbia Business School. Prior to that, I studied at Peking University and Renmin University of China. I also spent one exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School.
