My area of focus is Organizational Behavior, and I am particularly interested in morality, culture, and diversity. My research has been published in journals like Journal of Personality and Social Psychology , Organization Behavior and Human Decision Process, and Journal of Business Ethics. My research has won several awards for best conference paper .
